St Werburgh’s Medical Practice

The practice provides homeless people fair access to healthcare which is flexible and individualised. The practice will register vulnerable adults, who are sleeping rough, living in homes hostels or temporary accommodation. Services Include: arranged appointments, drop-in crisis intervention, general health care, smear tests, immunisations and dressings.

Soul Kitchen

Supporting & feeding anybody experiencing loneliness, food poverty or homelessness. Food, toiletries and clothing provided and well as support through advocacy and activities to improve mental & physical health.

Crossroads Community Hub

The Crossroads Community Hub is a local Foodbank that regularly helps out with food parcels for our friends who are homeless. Our Partnership is made up of organisations drawn from the voluntary and community sector in Chester with a common interest in ad- dressing food hunger.

Spider Project Cafe 71

It is run by professionals and volunteers and offers listening, care & support, Help to work through challenges, Help to access other support & advice and Creative recovery through social & educational activities.

WDP Chester

WDP provides a range of health and wellbeing services to adults and young people. If you need advice or help around your drug and alcohol use, we can help you get the support you need. Offering expert-led services that focus on: Employability, Mental health, Sexual health, Smoking cessation and Young people.

Christ Church

The atmosphere is relaxed, conversation is good and food free of charge. There are always at least four people on duty to serve, wash up and talk to our guests. Sometimes we are able to help out with items of clothing.
